Proposed venture partnership terms.

Every venture requires owner approval and its own signed agreement. Nothing is allocated by submitting an application.

Proposed terms · owner approval and signed agreement required

Build the business. Share in the venture.

The builder develops, launches and operates a real business: product, marketing, customer acquisition, operations and agreed reporting. The owner supplies exclusive use of one approved N-o1 Domain Name, positioning, platform access and ecosystem support specifically agreed for the venture.

Protected 15% equity

The owner receives 15% equity. The signed agreement must document a mechanism maintaining that 15% when additional shares are issued. The holding remains after domain rights transfer.

15% of defined profits, quarterly

A separate obligation to pay 15% of defined venture profits quarterly continues after the domain acquisition price is paid and rights transfer. Definitions, permitted costs, loss treatment, reporting and payment deadlines must be agreed.

Conditional leasing waiver

Standard monthly leasing charges are waived while the venture meets its agreement and performance requirements. No automatic backdated leasing charges or conversion to paid leasing applies without explicit signed terms.

The domain acquisition pathway

The agreement fixes an acquisition price separately from the Authoritative SSV snapshot. Qualifying quarterly profit payments are credited towards that price. Owner admin records cumulative credits and the remaining balance. Once fully paid, the owner may complete transfer of the agreed exclusive rights to use the exact N-o1 Domain Name within the privately operated N-o1.com namespace; the root N-o1.com domain and registry ownership do not transfer. The agreement specifies use, duration, hosting, assignment and control rights.

Transfer retains the protected 15% equity and ongoing 15% quarterly profit obligation. Later payments create no additional acquisition credit. No existing 1% renewal charge is automatically activated; any post-transfer fees must be explicitly agreed.

Execution and conditional domain allocation

The proposed agreement reserves withdrawal of domain-use rights at the owner's sole discretion, including where no functioning business is built, agreed targets are missed, the project is abandoned or inactive, required progress or financial reports are not supplied, quarterly profit payments are not made, or the domain is misused or terms breached. These are proposed contractual rights governed by the signed agreement, not automatic site rules.

Every venture records its own milestones and deadlines. The agreement must state whether withdrawal rights continue after transfer; any notice or opportunity to remedy; treatment of credited payments; treatment of the builder's product, intellectual property, customer data and hosting; and the effect of withdrawal on equity and profit obligations. Conditional rights must not be described as unconditional permanent ownership.

Submitting an application does not allocate a domain, issue equity, create an agreement or activate billing. Owner approval, explicit terms and a signed agreement are required. No funding, traffic, venture success or returns are guaranteed.

Standard acquisition and paid monthly leasing remain separate. Paid leasing is 5% of Authoritative SSV annually, paid monthly under automatically renewing 12-month agreements. VC terms apply only to selected, documented venture partnerships.
