PRIVACY
Privacy and user control
Accounts and email
When you choose to sign in, N-o1 stores your authenticated account identifier, verified email and information you add to your profile. Email is used for account access, security, Signal status and notifications you request. Product updates and newsletter or marketing communications require separate optional consent and can be disabled at any time.
Public and private information
Published Signals, the identity fields you choose and selected response channels are public. Your account email, consent history, drafts, management links, internal notes and account settings remain private unless you deliberately select email as a public response channel for a Signal.
Private CRM
If you use N-o1 CRM, the contacts, companies, opportunities, activities, tasks and notes you enter are stored in your account's private workspace. The guided CRM Agent reads your own records to answer questions and only saves proposed changes after you confirm. Brokerage offers submitted to N-o1 are also added to the Site owner's private CRM as a contact, opportunity and activity when the owner account is available; the owner may add older offers from administration. CRM information is not published or used for outbound messages. You can edit or archive records and export your CRM as JSON from the CRM page. Account deletion requests can include CRM data.
N-o1 Creator
For an active name, the owner associates a licensed label with an operator account. Creator stores your brand name, external store URL, display preference and any setup request details and status. A store button displays the URL you choose publicly when you enable it. The owner can review activation and setup requests in private administration. External store providers handle their own data and transactions under their policies.
N-o1 Passport, Directory and Connect
An active-name operator can create a structured Passport and choose individual fields for a public profile. Directory and Connect include only published identities whose operators enable discovery. Machine-readable identity is a separate opt-in and contains only selected public fields. Enquiries and Connect requests are saved for the receiving operator and associated with their private CRM. Connect does not automatically disclose the sender’s private account email. The owner can review reports and hide or suspend public identities. Limited event counts record profile views, requests, store-link clicks and directory activity without publishing visitor details.
Domain search records
When you submit a domain name through the homepage or Addresses search box, N-o1 records the searched label, which search box was used and the time. Recent searches are visible only to the Site owner in administration. Search records do not include your account, IP address or other visitor identifier and records older than 90 days are purged when a new search arrives. A search is not an enquiry or reservation.
Signals, moderation and retention
Published Signals remain discoverable until they expire, are paused, archived, deleted or removed. Limited private records may be retained where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations and audit integrity. Moderation can restrict unsafe or reported content.
Your choices
Account settings provide controls to change communication preferences, download your data and request account deletion. On deletion, you may request deletion of your Signals or ask that eligible published Signals remain attributed to Anonymous.
Cross-platform identity
N-o1 does not currently copy account emails to TheSuperIntelligence.SI or BreakingNews.News or silently create accounts on those platforms. Any future identity linking will require clear disclosure and explicit consent.
